Help me identify an odd duck Legrand

I just became the owner of a barn find Legrand. It is said to have been purchased from Red's shop. The time frame is a little hazy, as the owner (Jeff Davis) has passed and the car was purchased from his brother (Steve Davis). It is seems to have been built from Mk18 plans, using round tube and space frame. The suspension is all Mk1. It has Mk1 arms, uprights, spindles, and everything else. It has a MK18 body but we aren't sure if it has ever even been fitted. Many of the panels on the chassis still have Clecos and have even been riveted. The motor it came with was a Kawasaki H2, but it is plumbed for water-cooled moto power. The wheels and hubs all have 4 x 100 lug spacing, but Legrands seem to all have been 4 x 3.75. I'll post some pics and see if anyone has some input or maybe knew the car. Also, I was tolf the wheels that fit are Jongbloed, but can't find any matching pics online. I need another front 13 x 7 1/2. Adding pics was a pain but feel free to contact me if you have any input on this one.
