Hi. Hoping to get some Apex guidance on 2 questions.
1. I've been told you can access the PE3 ECU with a computer to watch the TPS function in real time to see if it moves from 0-100% smoothly. How do I do this?
2. If I install a new TPS how do I properly adjust it?
