Chassis ID pop quiz!

I'm ashamed to say I'm struggling to identify this chassis that a friend of a friend has sitting in a garage. Any help would be appreciated!

Looks like vertically mounted onboard shocks either pull rod or rockers? No obvious top wishbone mounts.
