Panasport Centerlocks for Swift DB1

I need two to complete a set. Gently used, hopefully, but must be clean and true.

Bolt circle: 3 3/4
Backspace: 3 1/4

Either .500 or .535 drive pin holes will work for me.

Not sure which model name (prolites, ultralites, etc.) but my wheels look like this:
