sway bar mounts

Is there a source for the outer adjustable clamp/bracket on sway bars?? Clamp on the bar that locates the vertical link to the suspension. Will have front and rear bars made next week and would like to source the parts rather than have them made. 3/4 diameter front and 1/2 inch diameter rear.
