Job Description
- Strives to be as close as possible to the consumer to grasp actual needs through consumer researches & observations of consumer "Genba", and actively communicates with the consumer and utilizes the feedback in daily marketing activities.
- Proposes Marketing Manager to fuse the consumer needs with seeds of Kao Group's R&D and technology to develop innovative products and brands to maximize consumer satisfaction
- Researches 3C(*3), plans & does Marketing Strategy (including product portfolio management), checks product and brand performance to establish the better positioning in the market. (*3 Consumer, Competitor and Company)
- Continuously proposes Marketing Manager to improve Marketing processes in order to stay one step ahead of changes in consumer lifestyles and the business environment such as the better "Standard Of Procedures", "Research", "Brand Agency", "Media Buying", "CF & POP production", "Inter-Division Job Flow".
- Builds firm cooperative relationship with business partners including Ad agencies, research agencies, suppliers, Kao group companies .
- Propose Regional Category Team innovative product concept based on Vietnamese insight, exchange the information with each countries to share the best practice.
- Gives own subordinates own targets, empowers them jobs according to clear orientation, coaches them by "Standard Of Procedures" and evaluates their performance objectively based on Corporate Human Policy.
Job Requirements
- Education: Economic university graduate, major is accounting
- Job-related experience: 3-5 years experiences in the management level position (preferably in FMCG field)
- Data analysis skill, Negotiation skill and Leadership skill
- Have good knowledge of product development & supply chain management
- Good at English and computer skills.
- Honesty and team work
